The Junior School Summer Concert- a vibrant celebration of the creative arts
Bursting with the enthusiasm, energy and excitement of young performers, our Junior School took centre-stage to deliver a summer concert packed with music from a wide variety of styles. From musical theatre and jazz to pop and folk songs from around the world, no note was left on the page!
The evening was a celebration of music, dance, drama and art coming together in a joyful showcase of young talent, with just too many stand-out performances to mention them all.
Preschool rocked the Kitty Cat Boogie, by the aptly named Mark Puddy, while the Junior School Concert Band’s version of Hawaii Five – O went down a storm.
The Junior School Allargando choir gave a charming performance of the traditional Pennsylvanian Dutch folk song There’s a Hole in the Bucket, and Bella Voce - recently crowned GSA Junior Choir of the Year 2025 - recreated their award-winning performance of Jabberwocky.
A duet of What is this Feeling? from “Wicked the Musical” was performed by our very own Junior School Music Festival 2025 winners.
As ever, we owe our heartfelt thanks to a marvellous team of teachers, staff, parents and special guests – the evening was an amazing tribute to the hard work and dedication of you all, and of our students who performed with such joy and confidence.
It was a frabjous evening, full of Calloohs and Callays!
