Getting to school

To ease the school run, many older girls use our free minibus service at the start and end of their school day.

To book any of the above, please inform the Class Teacher or the School Office either in advance or on the day. It is best to put such requests in writing, emailing the Class Teacher and copying in the School Office

Sixth Form timetables vary depending on subject selections. Each timetable includes free lessons and independent study time.

Late Stay at Mary Ward House

Late Stay until 8.30pm at Mary Ward House for day girls

From Monday to Friday, girls can opt to stay late (6.00-8.00pm) at Mary Ward House, our Boarding House.

Years 5 and 6 (Junior School)

  • Girls are collected from Late Stay Club and escorted to Mary Ward House
  • Dinner served from 6.00-7.00pm
  • Collection by 8.30pm

Years 7 to 13

  • 4.00pm - Girls buddy-up with a Boarder at the end of school, to walk to Mary Ward House (unless they have an after-school club)
  • A snack is provided
  • 4.45-5.30pm - Years 7 to 9 enjoy a supervised, in-house activity (Tues-Thurs only)
  • 6.00-7.00pm - Dinner
  • 7.15-8.30pm - Years 7 to 9 supervised prep (Mon-Thurs only)
  • Collection by 8.30pm
