Equestrian excellence – an ace performance!
The Equestrian British Eventing Area Festival Championship took place last weekend, and we’re proud to announce that Year 10’s Ruby M. stormed in at an amazing 10th place!
Eventing is an equestrian event where a single horse and rider compete across the three disciplines of dressage, cross-country, and show jumping.
Ruby and her horse Ace received glowing comments from the judges on their dressage display, and made a incredible time of 6 minutes 11 seconds in the cross-country (the optimum time is 6 minutes 10 seconds, so this was an exceptional achievement). But Ruby and Ace truly shone in the show jumping, with an awesome double clear – only one of eight in the whole section of 34 riders.
