World Mental Health Day: Supporting Every Girl’s Wellbeing at St Mary’s
On World Mental Health Day, our Junior School girls joined thousands across the country in wearing yellow to support the national #HelloYellow campaign - a bright and joyful reminder that we’re never alone when it comes to looking after our mental health.
At St Mary’s, we recognise that wellbeing sits at the heart of every girl’s happiness and success. Our whole-school approach ensures that emotional health is nurtured alongside academic growth, helping each student to develop confidence, compassion and resilience.
From the earliest years in Junior School through to Sixth Form, our pupils are supported by a caring network of teachers, tutors and wellbeing staff. Dedicated pastoral care, PSHE lessons, mindfulness activities, and opportunities for open conversation all play a vital role in creating a community where every girl feels safe, valued and heard.
By celebrating World Mental Health Day together, we reaffirm our commitment to supporting the emotional wellbeing of all members of our community — today and every day.
