St Mary’s School, Cambridge recognised as BSA Sleep Champion School

St Mary’s School, Cambridge is proud to announce that it has been formally recognised as a Sleep Champion School by the Boarding Schools’ Association (BSA).

The BSA Sleep Champions scheme celebrates and accredits schools that demonstrate a strong commitment to improving sleep hygiene and ensuring high-quality sleeping environments within their boarding facilities. Following a detailed audit of wellbeing practices, St Mary’s boarding house, Mary Ward House, was commended for its dedication to fostering healthy routines and creating supportive spaces that allow students to rest well, recharge and thrive.

Miss Elliott, Head of Boarding at Mary Ward House said:

“We are delighted to receive this recognition from the BSA. Sleep plays a vital role in our students’ wellbeing, learning and overall development, and we are committed to promoting positive sleep habits as part of the St Mary’s boarding experience.”
