Year 6 netball team play final match of the season against SPF

On 25 March the Year 6A Netball team played their final match representing St Mary’s Junior School girls against the Stephen Perse Foundation B team. It was a well fought and evenly matched game with end to end play. The girls defended well and made some significant interceptions. They showed the necessary stamina to hold SPF to 2-2 until the final quarter when the opposition managed to score a third goal. The girls were encouraging of each other and kept fighting back until the final whistle. They are a fantastic squad who should be very proud of their positive attitude and team play this year.
