University destinations

Our curriculum is designed to nurture individual interests and instil a passion for learning, providing a solid foundation for the world after school, whether that is at university, an apprenticeship or the workplace. Thanks to our students' successes in their A Level examinations we are delighted to see the girls heading off to universities as far afield as the University of Edinburgh and University of Southampton and many in between, to read subjects as broad ranging as Computer Science, Midwifery, Animal Behaviour and Business Management. Some students have commenced exciting apprenticeships or started a year of travelling abroad, and some have gone straight in to employment. To see the full list of students' university destinations and subjects please click here.

For those parents with a teenager setting off for university for the first time, you may find some useful tips to share with your child in this Telegraph article, in which Charlotte Avery is quoted alongside a number of well-known Heads. Additionally, for Ms Avery’s thoughts and those of other Heads on the current examinations process, please click here to read a recent Telegraph article.
