Teacher of Art with Photography

Junior School Secretary 

Term time plus 5 weeks only
Salary £18,246 - £20,600 (£20,800 - £23,483 FTE)

We are currently recruiting for a School Secretary for our Junior School. This is a responsible post which offers the opportunity for involvement at the heart of the school. The School Secretary will undertake a wide range of administrative and secretarial work for the Head and teaching staff, in addition to dealing with telephone enquiries and visitors to the school.

£10,500 per annum

Fully residential – accommodation, food and bills included 

St Mary’s School, Cambridge is looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and suitably qualified graduate to work as part of our PE (Physical Education) and Games department.

You will be required to help with and lead coaching sessions and games practices, manage a school team, help with PE lessons, umpire fixtures as well as attend and help with school trips and expeditions. Additionally you will undertake some boarding duties in our girls’ boarding house in this fully residential post.

To be successful, you should ideally hold a coaching qualification or have significant experience in at least two of our main sports; hockey, netball, tennis and athletics. Additionally, you will recently have taken part in a relevant degree; for example, a sport or physical education degree.

You will be involved in the education of girls from age 4-18 and will be expected to be dedicated to their holistic development, as well as be part of the whole-school and boarding community.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, responsible and organised individual who has a potential desire to become a PE teacher or Games coach.
