St Mary’s Reconnected — register now!

Registration instructions

If you wish to become a member of St Mary’s webALUMNUS, register now by following these simple steps:

1. Follow the link to St Mary’s Reconnected — registration!
2. Where prompted, complete the online questions that will allow us to authenticate your identity.
3. Where prompted, enter a current e–mail address so that we can use to notify you of your unique username and password when we have finished processing your registration. If you do not have an e–mail address, you will find help and information on how to get one below.
4. When you have completed the steps above, press the Submit button at the bottom of the page. Important! You should see a ‘thank you’ display at the end of this process. If you do not see this, please repeat steps 1 to 3.

Registration Process

It usually takes between 1–3 days to review your registration, though it can take longer than this during the school holidays or at particularly busy times of year (such as the start of the Autumn term). If you complete the process successfully and correctly, we will send you an e–mail informing you of your unique user name, password and webALUMNUS e–mail address. You will also receive instructions on how to use the system. You will then be able to begin using the system to review any data that we might already hold on you, or use any of the other webALUMNUS features.

Get an e–mail address!

You will need to have your own e–mail address in order to register with webALUMNUS as we need to be able to send you your user name and password. However, although most people who use the Internet already have their own e–mail address, it is possible that you do not — for example, if your only access is a public computer in a library or Internet café. Gmail or Yahoo! Mail are both highly recommended.

If you have any difficulty in registering for an e–mail account, it could be because the computer you are working on does not accept cookies. Please contact the Alumnae Centre at St Mary’s and we will arrange for you to be sent your user name and password by some other means.
