The St Mary's Art Department was the centre of great focus as many visited to enjoy the annual AS & A Level Art Exhibition from 21 June to 2 July.
A special private viewing held on 25 June gave parents, families and friends a chance to view the exceptionally high and varied level of work in terms of content and scale. This was the first year the exhibition contained work from our AS Photography students.
Guests from a number of Cambridge Colleges were also invited; members of the Granta Decorative Fine Arts and Decorative Society selected the work of five Upper Sixth students to be exhibited at Cambridge City Library, as part of their annual Sixth Form Art Exhibition and Competition.
A viewing of all the artwork entered in the competition will take place on Monday 19 July where St Mary's students will hopefully be successful in winning an award.
