Local British Olympian Visits St Mary’s

Marissa King, a British Olympic athlete from Huntingdon Gym, who competed in the Beijing Olympics, visited St Mary's Junior School as part of the British Sports for Schools programme on the 23 June. Marissa encouraged the girls to take part in the Sports for Schools fitness routine and performed some of her spectacular floor routines and gymnastic skills.

We will be monitoring Marissa's progress to the 2012 Olympics in London!
