The chance to catch up and exchange gossip after a tough term at University, whilst sharing exotic cocktails certainly provided a great start to the Christmas holidays. The cocktail flarers accompanied by beautiful piano music from current pupil Anna M set the tone for a relaxed and joyful evening.
Each of the cocktails were given a ‘St Mary's name'- the Jackson Reaction (named after chemistry teacher Dr Jackson), Sylvia's Surprise (Sylvia Greenaway, Catering Manager) and Rogers' Reward (Father Tony Rogers, the school's Chaplain) amongst others! Guests also had the chance to visit their old classrooms and see the changes that have taken place in school.
Everyone agreed that they couldn't wait for next years reunion, so here's to cocktails 2009!
