A2 Results:
% pass at A – C grade: 92.5%
% pass at A – E grade: 100%
We were thrilled with our results this year, with 48% of all A2 results being Grade A. Congratulations to the 13 girls who achieved 3 Grade As or more. 100% of Oxbridge candidates achieved the grades necessary to take up their places.
Mathematics grades were also strong again this year. From a group of 22 girls, 18 Grade As were achieved in Maths and Further Maths. Additionally, 100% of students taking French, Latin and Greek achieved Grade A. 67% also achieved Grade A in Geography and 67% achieved Grade A in Art.
Congratulations to Becky S, who gained 100% of all marks possible in all of her History papers, and was only 3 marks short of full marks in all of her English papers.
AS Results:
% pass at A – C grade: 82.6%
% pass at A – E grade: 98.6%
44% of all AS results were Grade A. Congratulations to the 9 girls who achieved all A Grades. 5 girls received 4 or more A Grades. Special congratulations to Christine K, who achieved 5 Grade As, as well as to Zahra M, who achieved full marks in several of her AS papers.
Headmistress Charlotte Avery said: "These impressive results illustrate not only the wide breadth of expertise of our teaching staff, but also their dedication to the success of our girls. Our students worked very hard to attain these grades, but were told every step of the way that there's nothing they couldn't achieve."
