Some of the Sixth Form accommodation is completely self-contained and located at the top of the school with wonderful views of Cambridge on one side and the University Botanical Gardens on the other. The younger years are in the oldest part of the building, The Elms, with its large and spacious rooms and graceful staircase. The remaining section of the Sixth Form lives in Bateman House just across the road from the School. Every room has a network and broadband internet connection.
Bateman House has double rooms for new Lower Sixth formers so they can enjoy company in a new situation. The Upper Sixth boarders have single study bedrooms if they wish. Bateman House comprises three old victorian houses which are joined together. Rooms vary in size but all include hand basins, desks and storage. The Common Room and Kitchen are in the basements access from which lead out into pleasant gardens. Meals are taken in the Main School dining room.
In The Elms Years 7-10 can expect to share a room with one or three other girls. The Year 11 girls have light, bright individual study-bedrooms.
In Main School there are kitchen areas for both junior and senior girls and two common rooms which are comfortable and well frequented. The school facilities such as the Art studio, Music practice rooms, netball and badminton courts and gardens are available to the boarders in the evening and over the weekends.
