We have been delighted to welcome a number of alumnae to the school as they celebrated important birthdays.
Seven ladies celebrating their 50th and twenty their 60th birthdays toured the school with their old classmates and school friends to see how things have changed since they left St Mary’s. Sister Francesca was in attendance for the 60th party because these alumnae were the first class she taught at St Mary’s.
Many of the ladies had not visited the School since they were pupils and thoroughly enjoyed their time with us reminiscing, laughing with lost friends and chatting about their school years. One of the birthday girls commented: “I found my time at St Mary’s inspiring and look back on it fondly.”
